Constantine Kitsos M.D. Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.

Dr. Constantine Kitsos attained his Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington. He went on to complete the medical program at the University of Washington and graduated with a Medical Doctor degree in 1964. Dr. Kitsos subsequently relocated to Miami, Florida where he was accepted to complete his medical internship at the University of Miami. Dr. Kitsos completed his General Surgery Residency at the University Of Miami Jackson Memorial Medical Center. Upon completing his General Surgery residency, Dr. Kitsos continued his medical studies by completing his Plastic Surgery residency at Loyola University in Maywood, Illinois.

Dr. Kitsos established his private practice in Miami Shores, Florida in 1973 and specialized in the field of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery for more than 30 years at that location. In addition to his private practice, Dr. Kitsos has served as Chief of Staff at the Highland Park General Hospital in Miami, Florida, and as Member-at-Large, Vice Chief of Staff, and Chief of Staff at North Shore Medical Center respectively. Dr. Kitsos continues his involvement with the North Shore Medical Center and is currently a member of its Medical Executive Committee.

Dr. Kitsos is certified by both the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and the American Board of Surgery. Additionally, Dr. Kitsos is a Diplomate of the American Board of National Examiners, and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Dr. Kitsos is proudly recognized as one of Floridaā€™s Top 13 Plastic Surgeons!

Dr. Abuzeni is Board certified by the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery and has extensive experience in maxillofacial surgery and cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, both in the United States and his native country of Sweden. With training and experience in both teaching and research, Dr. Abuzeni understands the precise and meticulous detail necessary in the art of cosmetic surgery.
During your confidential consultation, Dr. Abuzeni will listen to your concerns, desires, and expectations, and present the specific procedures available. After considering all options, he will recommend the most effective and appropriate treatments and procedures to achieve the look you desire.

   Dr. Mata received his prestigious plastic surgery training at the University of Texas Medical Branch, Saint Joseph Medical Center, and MD Anderson in Houston, Texas, as well Harvard’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. In addition to the thousands of procedures at these institutions, this specialized plastic surgery training included time in Miami, Florida with heavy focus on Aesthetic surgery with world leading experts specializing in rhytidectomy (facelift), blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), and breast surgery (augmentations, reductions and lifts) as well as detailed training in the application of injectables (Botox, dermal fillers, etc.).
Dr. Mata has also trained in several Children’s Hospitals such as Children’s Hospital Boston, Massachusetts, Dell Children Medical Center in Austin, Texas, and Driscoll Children’s Hospital in Corpus Christi, Texas. Dr. Mata also obtained a fellowship in craniofacial surgery in an esteemed institution that would have included time in Paris, France. However, the United States government needed Dr. Mata sooner than anticipated. Dr. Mata is currently a Major in the US Army. He currently practices at Eglin Air Force Base and is the Chief of Plastic and Reconstructive surgery.

Prior to obtaining his medical degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas where he received Alpha Omega Alpha honors, Dr. Mata was at Texas A & M University graduating with a degree in Biomedical Science with Cum Laude Honors.

A General Surgeon is also trained in the care of pediatric and cancer patients and in the treatment of patients who are injured or critically ill.
